When should I book my party?
Parties should be booked 8 to 12 weeks in advance. I may be able to accommodate shorter notice. Please contact me for availability.

How do I reserve a party date?
Parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Please click Contact Us to reserve a party. When a party date and time have been chosen, I will send you a contract and tentatively hold your date. You will need to sign the contract, complete the guest list form, and return them along with a deposit of $50.00 which can be made directly through my website with PayPal. This deposit is non refundable, but transferable for up to a year from the original desired party date. The deposit/contract needs to be returned within one week of receipt, or your date will be released. All balances are due on the day of the party.

Where are the parties held?
Jack and Jill Events brings the party to you! I travel and hold our parties in your home. I have also conducted parties at Country Clubs, local attractions and destinations. I promise to treat your home with respect and professionalism.

What ages are your parties for?
My Classic Party Package is designed for boys and girls from 3 to 8 years old. My Complete Party Package is for any age.

Do you have a minimum/maximum attendance?
My Classic Party Package is based on 12 children, including the birthday child. If less than 12 children attend, the charge remains the same. The maximum amount of guests is 15 children. In my professional opinion, when the guest number exceeds 15 children, it is impossible to complete all of the activities that are planned for the types of parties that I throw. All events expecting more than 15 guests will require an additional event attendant, and the cost of $50.

Are there any travel charges?
The package price is designed for areas within a 45 mile radius of where my business is located, which is the town of Wayland, MA. Please understand that a travel fee is $2 per mile which will be applied to locations outside of 45 miles of Wayland, MA.

What happens if I cancel my party?
In the event that you need to reschedule the party, I am happy to work with you to find another date, based on my availability. Please be aware that the $50.00 deposit is not refundable, but it is transferable. It will be applied towards the cost of another party within 1 year of the initial booked party date. As the party host, we ask that you notify your guests of any cancellations. If necessary, additional invitations can be sent at the charge of $2.00 per invite.
